1. Aluminum Foil Composite Membrane
Made of aluminum foil composite film, it is good in gas tightness, with lightweight and easy to carry and use.

Multi layer foil gas sampling bag is chemically stable and can store general industrial gases for long time.

2. FEP gas sampling bags

FEP’s chemical resistance and corrosion resistance is better in fluoropolymers, polyperfluoroethylene propylene FEP membrane adsorption, gas permeability is lower, FEP is more suitable for high-precision ppm and ppb level analysis of the sampling, which can ensure the analytical accuracy and stability. It can collect and save all kinds of strong corrosive, high chemical activity of gas and liquid samples.

3. PVF/ Tedlar gas sampling bags

PVF membrane of gas bag sampling has excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, low adsorption. Tedlar gas sampling bag is used for high-precision PPM level analytical sampling, can collect and save a variety of corrosive gases, liquid samples. The heat resistance temperature is 150℃-170℃.

Gas sampling bags are suitable for many applications including industrial hygiene, landfill/methane, ambient air, indoor air and stationary source testing. They are much less expensive than sampling canisters and solvent or thermal desorption tubes, making them an excellent alternative supplement.

Instructions for Use

◆ Inflatable pressure: inflatable pressure does not exceed 3KPa, intuitive observation for the gas bag fully bulging, but with a finger pressure and not taut.
◆ Use temperature: PTFE interface -60℃-+150℃; plug valve interface -20℃-+80℃.

◆ Storage and use: Keep away from open flame and high temperature, avoid puncture by sharp objects.

◆ Replacement: When filling standard gas or sampling, it should be cleaned with high purity nitrogen and replaced several times with pre-filled gas.
◆ Sampling: Highly elastic silicone rubber sampling pad for needle sampling.

If reused, replace it with high purity nitrogen gas and then with the proposed filling gas.

For high-precision sampling and analysis, should first remove the influence of the background within.

To clear the background you can fill with high-purity nitrogen, placed in the oven heated to 60 ~ 80 ℃ insulation for 10 minutes, empty the nitrogen, repeat the replacement cleaning.
