SDLABIO Cell Culture Insert

SDLABIO Cell culture insert is a semipermeable membrane-based cell culture tool that can be placed within a cell culture plate or dish for studying cell-cell interactions, substance transport, and barrier functions (such as the blood-brain barrier and intestinal epithelial models). With independent culture spaces in the upper and lower chambers, cells can be grown on either side of the membrane or within each chamber, mimicking the in vivo tissue structure and microenvironment.
