How to use tissue grinder?
Put the sample to be ground into the microtube, but not too much to avoid overflow or uneven grinding.
Press the top of the Disposable Pellet Pestles against the sample with moderate pressure, rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise, and grind it repeatedly. If the sample is difficult to grind, add a small amount of liquid or additives (such as grinding sand, liquid nitrogen, etc.) according to the experimental needs. Grind until the sample becomes a uniform fine powder or reaches the particle size you need.
Do not use too much force when grinding to avoid damaging the sample. If grinding volatile or irritating samples, operate in a fume hood. Some special applications, such as biological sample crushing, may require liquid nitrogen cryo-grinding.
