mini syringe feature

Sdlabio as a Micro-sampler supplier, offers products with the following advantages.

  • Microliter syringe with high precision and high repeatability
Micro-samplers can accurately control the injection volume of small volumes (such as microliters and nanoliters), greatly improving the accuracy and repeatability of experiments.
  • small syringe can reduce sample waste
For precious or limited samples, micro-samplers can complete the test with the smallest amount to avoid waste.
  • Microliter syringes improve detection sensitivity
By accurately controlling the injection volume, it helps to improve the sensitivity and resolution of the detection system (such as liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, etc.).
  • Small syringes dapt to a variety of applications
It can be used for sampling liquid, gas and even semi-fluid samples, and is widely used in chemical analysis, biomedical research, environmental monitoring and other fields.
  • Hamilton syringe needle easy to operate
Most micro-samplers are ergonomically designed and easy to operate, reducing data deviations caused by human operation errors.
  • Hamilton syringe have strong material compatibility
The sampler is usually made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials (such as glass, stainless steel, PTFE lining), which can adapt to samples of various chemical properties.
  • Easy to automate
The micro-sampler can be used with automated equipment (such as automatic samplers, robotic arms) to improve experimental efficiency and meet the needs of high-throughput experiments.

How to use microsyringe

Steps for using a glass syringe with needle
Preparation
Check whether the injector is clean and unblocked.
Select an injector of suitable volume (such as 10 µL, 25 µL, 100 µL, etc.).
Prepare the sample and ensure that the sample solution is clean and free of particles.
Extract the sample
Insert the needle into the sample solution.
Pull the piston slowly and evenly to the required scale so that the sample fills the needle without bubbles.
You can pump back and forth several times to remove bubbles and ensure the accurate volume.
Calibrate the volume
After pulling to the scale line, tap the syringe to let small bubbles float up, then gently push the piston to adjust to the correct volume line.
Injection operation
Insert the needle into the instrument injection port or sample hole.
Push down the piston steadily and quickly to ensure that the sample is completely injected.
When pulling out the needle, move quickly to avoid residue.
Cleaning (if multiple uses are required)
After each injection, clean the injector with an appropriate solvent (such as methanol, water, acetonitrile, etc.).
During cleaning, the solvent is also pumped in and out several times until there is no residue.

Precautions
Prevent bubbles: Avoid bubbles when extracting samples, otherwise the injection volume will be inaccurate.
Stable action: Push and pull the piston slowly and evenly to avoid impact and volume deviation.
Protect the needle: The needle is thin and easy to bend. It should be inserted and removed vertically and gently.
Prevent cross contamination: When changing samples or solvents, the injector needs to be fully cleaned or replaced.
Regular maintenance: Regularly check whether the injector seal and needle are worn or aged.
